Meet the Team

The People Behind Tireman Plumbing

When you hire Tireman Plumbing, you're not getting a random contractor dispatched from a call center — you're getting a small, dedicated team that knows Detroit and takes pride in doing the work right. Here's a look at the people you'll meet when we show up at your door.

We keep things personal. You deal directly with our manager, Kael Bean, and the same crew handles your job from start to finish. That continuity means better communication, fewer surprises, and work we can stand behind.

Kael runs Tireman Plumbing with a hands-on approach, handling everything from routine repairs to more involved installations. He works across residential and commercial jobs — water heaters, drain issues, fixture replacements, and pipe work. Kael keeps his schedule organized and shows up when he says he will, which matters a lot to his regular customers.

He has built his knowledge through years of field work and stays current on local Detroit codes and standard practices. Kael manages estimates, scheduling, and job oversight directly, so customers deal with him rather than being passed around. His focus is on getting the work done right the first time and keeping communication straightforward throughout the process.

Marcus handles day-to-day service calls across Detroit and the surrounding suburbs. He's been working in residential plumbing for years and brings a calm, methodical approach to everything from clogged drains to fixture replacements. Customers appreciate that he takes the time to explain what he's doing and why.

He's particularly experienced with older Detroit homes and the quirks that come with aging plumbing systems — galvanized lines, clay sewer connections, and fixtures that have seen decades of use. Marcus treats every home with respect and leaves the workspace clean when the job is done.

As a Detroit native, Devon takes pride in helping maintain the homes in his own community. He's detail-oriented and focused on learning the right way to do things — not just the fast way. You'll often see him on site alongside Marcus or Kael on installation and remodel jobs.

Why a Small, Local Team Makes a Difference

Big plumbing companies rotate crews, send different faces to every job, and route your questions through a dispatcher. We don't. When you work with Tireman Plumbing, you work with the same people who learn your home, remember your plumbing history, and stand behind the work they did last time.

That personal approach is why so much of our work comes from repeat customers and word-of-mouth referrals across Detroit. It's also why we can keep our pricing straightforward — no corporate overhead, no upsell quotas, just honest work at a fair price.
