Kael Bean — Manager & Lead Plumber
Kael runs Tireman Plumbing with a hands-on approach, handling everything from routine repairs to more involved installations. He works across residential and commercial jobs — water heaters, drain issues, fixture replacements, and pipe work. Kael keeps his schedule organized and shows up when he says he will, which matters a lot to his regular customers.
He has built his knowledge through years of field work and stays current on local Detroit codes and standard practices. Kael manages estimates, scheduling, and job oversight directly, so customers deal with him rather than being passed around. His focus is on getting the work done right the first time and keeping communication straightforward throughout the process.

Marcus Cole — Field Plumber
Marcus handles day-to-day service calls across Detroit and the surrounding suburbs. He's been working in residential plumbing for years and brings a calm, methodical approach to everything from clogged drains to fixture replacements. Customers appreciate that he takes the time to explain what he's doing and why.

Devon Pratt — Apprentice Plumber
Devon supports the team on larger jobs and installations, learning the trade hands-on while helping keep projects moving efficiently. He handles prep work, tool setup, and cleanup, and is developing his skills in pipe fitting, fixture installation, and diagnostics under Kael's guidance.
As a Detroit native, Devon takes pride in helping maintain the homes in his own community. He's detail-oriented and focused on learning the right way to do things — not just the fast way. You'll often see him on site alongside Marcus or Kael on installation and remodel jobs.
